The course lasts 4 hours. Participants cook a complete menu with a Chef including an appetizer, a main dish and a dessert (the menu is chosen in advance).
A champagne aperitif, coffee and a pairing of food and <ine are included in the menu. Avisit of the main kitchen in the Ritz Paris is offered before lunch or dinner.
At the end of the course, each participant will receive a certificate for their attendance, and a booklet of the prepared recipes.
