The participants meet the Chef at 8am to go to a Parisian market in order to select the products necessary for the preparation of a selected menu.
The meal includes an appetizer, a main dish and a dessert prepared by the guests and the Chef.
The course will end with lunch, a certificate and the booklet of the recipes prepared for each participant.
