The Ritz Escoffier School offers cocktail courses which take place at the legendary Bar Hemingway. This course is taught by the Chef Barman Colin Field, recognized several times as the Best Barman in the world.
The private classes take place during the week from 3:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. with a minimumof 8 participants. With more than 15 participants, the cours will take place at the Ritz Bar which is located across from the Bar Hemingway.
