The Ecole Ritz Escoffier presents cooking or pastry workshops dedicated to Easter for adults or children.
- on March the 21st from 2.30 pm to 5 pm: 2.5 hours Ritz Kids workshop dedicated to "Easter chocolate chick"
- on March the 29th from 7 pm to 9 pm: 2 hours pastry workshop dedicated to "Easter chocolate eggs and chocolate fish"
- on March the 30th from 7 pm to 9 pm: 2 hours pastry workshop dedicated to "Easter chocolate eggs and chocolate fish"
- on April the 5th from 7 pm to 9 pm: 2 hours pastry workshop dedicated to "Easter chocolate eggs and chocolate fish"
- on April the 4th (9 am – 1 pm or 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm): 4 hours cooking workshop dedicated to "Easter menu"

I dream of becoming a great chef
19 important culinary names are getting together to celebrate the 20th anniversary for Arc-en-Ciel, a foundation that allows to help make children with serious illness’s dreams come true, they are trying to put together the portraits and recipes of 19 well known French culinary industry chefs (Christophe Michalak, Christophe Adam, Frédéric Anton, Christelle Brua, Patrick Roger, Guy Martin, Olivier Roellinger, Marc Hæberlin, Éric Reithler, Éric Guérin, Antoine Westermann et Anthony Clémot, Michel Roth, Michel Bras, Didier Steudler, Christophe Felder, Marc Meneau ).
Although this book is mostly put together for 10 to 14 year olds, it also suitable for the wider public.

Ecole Ritz Escoffier offers a training entitled "Head Chef: a multi-skill profession." This training is included in the National Directory of Professional Certifications.

The Ecole Ritz Escoffier & la Maison du Chocolat present “Extreme Chocolate”

Two famed names in the world of French gastronomy have now teamed up for the delight of lovers of fine chocolate. Delightfully designed by Michel Roth, Executive Chef of the Ritz Paris, and Gilles Marchal, Creative Director of La Maison du Chocolat, the “Extreme Chocolate” workshops are an invitation for gourmets and curious amateurs to learn more about the amazing recipes concocted by the famed master chocolatier.
