19 important culinary names are getting together to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Arc-en-Ciel, a foundation that helps make children with serious illnesses' dreams come true. They have put together the portraits and recipes of 19 well known French culinary industry chefs (Christophe Michalak, Christophe Adam, Frédéric Anton, Christelle Brua, Patrick Roger, Guy Martin, Olivier Roellinger, Marc Hæberlin, Éric Reithler, Éric Guérin, Antoine Westermann et Anthony Clémot, Michel Roth, Michel Bras, Didier Steudler, Christophe Felder, Marc Meneau ).

Although this book is mostly put together for 10 to 14 year olds, it is also suitable for the wider public.
Includes 32 recipes with original photos and an exclusive footage of the kitchens of the Ecole Ritz Escoffier.

18 euros / For every book sold in a bookstore, 1 euro will go to the Arc-en-Ciel foundation.
