This module is part of an integral training consisting of eleven modules and is dedicated to the development of advanced French cooking skills reserved for those having already completed the beginner training, professionals, or those having completed the equivalent training.
This module aims at learning the techniques of preparation of finger food & amuse bouche:
Pizza frita - Shrimps balls with Thaï sauce - Spanish crab crumble with fine herbs - Sea bass and scallops tartar - Chicken sticks with coconut and curry - salmon sandwichs - Ritz milk chocolate and almond lollipop - Intense vanilla crème brulée - Minestrone fruit soup flavored with Thaï served with coconut sorbet
