French Fine Dining

A high level training for professionals and students who have completed the training "Introduction to French cuisine" and "Advanced training in French cuisine" or the equivalent training. Ideal for training of professional chefs.

This Training includes a lunch in the Ritz Paris awarded gastronomic restaurant, "L'Espadon".

Objectives of the course:
- Mastery of using exceptional and fine products,
- Execute haute cuisine recipes by mixing tradition, modernity and creativity.

The Superior level Cooking Diploma is given to students who follow this course and attend the internship in the main kitchen. It is awarded after a continuous evaluation.

Upon successful completion of the full course and validation by the School Director, it is possible to participate in a four day internship in the main kitchen of the Ritz Paris Hotel, run by Michel Roth. This internship is not mandatory, but is strongly recommended as it is an integral part of the cursus and formation.
