This module is part of an integral training consisting of seven modules and is dedicated to learning the fundamentals of French pastry reserved for beginners.

Basic Bavarois - Génoise - Chocolate and caramel Charlotte - Pralines - Fresh fruit sorbets - Meringue - Iced meringue cake with fresh fruit - Praline success cake - Saint-Honoré - Strawberry mousseline cake - Mocha cake with nougatine - Opera - Almond paste - Sponge cake - Fresh fruit coulis - Buttercream - Chiboust cream - Paris Brest Cake - Ice cream - Nougatine - Napoleon "diablotin"
