Introduction to French Pastry
This training course is intended for professional bakers as well as passionate gourmets seeking a high quality training to master the art of pastry making. Divided into seven modules, this Initiation to French Pastry features all the fundamentals.
The training includes:
- Basic techniques of French pastry preparation,
- Organisation and time management,
- Improving knowledge and learning the correct use of utensils and cooking materials.
Upon completion of the seven training modules, students having successfully passed the practical examination will be awarded a diploma.
Subject to the School Management's approval, the students may undertake a four week work placement under the supervision of Sébastien Serveau.
