Puff Pastry - Flaky tart dough and basic tart dough - Provencal quiche - Monkfish tart with Chitterling sausage - Vol-au-vent Agnes Sorel - Quiche lorraine - Seafood quiche - Reblochon tart - Vegetable quiche with basil - Auvergne-style quiche
The training last for 2.5 days, for a total of 17.5 hours. The start date is indicated below.
