The Ecole Ritz Escoffier offers certification programs for people who are retraining as well as those who need to gain basic skills or extend their knowledge of French gastronomy.
Trainees will learn  techniques needed to work as a restaurant or pastry Chef.  The programs cover different levels, from fundamentals to advanced techniques and culinary knowledge, as well as the specifics of French Haute Cuisine.
