Participants cook a complete menu with a Chef including an appetizer, a main dish, and a dessert (the menu is chosen in advance)
A champagne aperitif, coffee and a pairing of food and wine are included in the menu. A visit of the main kitchen in the Ritz Paris is offered before lunch or dinner.
At the end of each course, each participant will receive a certificate for their attendance and a booklet of the recipes prepared
