Formation prestigieuse, ce Master de Gastronomie offre la possibilité d’effectuer le parcours intégral de nos formations en cuisine et pâtisserie en dix-neuf semaines.

La CuisineProfessional Training and Consulting

Cette formation composée de trois niveaux est dédiée à l’apprentissage des fondamentaux de la cuisine française et s’adresse à un public débutant : amateurs passionnés, futurs professionnels ou personnes en reconversion professionnelle.

 

 

À l’issue de chaque niveau, un Certificat de « cuisine française » est remis aux étudiants après évaluation continue et la réussite à l’examen pratique. Le Diplôme de Cuisine Ritz Escoffier est remis aux étudiants ayant obtenu les trois certificats.

Apprendre les bases de la cuisine française et la maîtrise des fondamentaux, tout en appliquant les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité.
