Masterclass with the Pastry Chef
Yann Brys

Yann Brys attended the pastry section of the Lycée Hôtelier (Hotel High School) in Toulouse and then worked alongside Philippe Urraca to become a fully trained pastry Chef. He pursued his carrier by working for prestigious establishments such as Concorde Lafayette and Le Bristol.

Yann is famous worldwide for the technic he invented called ‘Tourbillon’ – piping cream using a potter’s wheel. In 2011, he was awarded the Best Craftsman of France title (MOF) for Pastry. He now participates in several television shows to share his passion for baking.
