At the Ritz Paris, a school lives in the heart of our kitchens. Our Ecole is unique in the world, a place where French know-how is taught to aspiring professionals until they achieve excellence and to culinary enthusiasts, be they novices, experienced Chefs, or budding young cooks. All our classes are conducted in French and consecutively translated into English.

Professional training

Long-term training programs in cooking and pastry-making, from beginner cooks to Haute Cuisine experts, who come here to perfect their technique and develop their culinary knowledge.

Classes and workshops for all levels

Lessons in cooking, pastry-making and viennoiseries for adults, teenagers and children, lasting 3 hours up to 3 days.


Our teams provide their expertise to professionals, whether they work for a company or are self-employed.

Private events

Ideal for corporate events such as incentive meetings, team-building sessions, dinner receptions or product demonstrations and launches to bring employees or partners together. Share delightful and memorable moments with your family and friends.

Layered cakes and small cakes

Tailor made for professionals only, this training will enable the participants to learn or perfect their layered cake and individual cake-making skills.
